We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, the loan type and amount you are seeking, and any context you choose to share in your application or messages. If you create an account, we store your login email and profile details.

We may collect limited identity details required to review an application, such as the last four digits of a government identifier. We never ask for full account numbers or passwords by email or WhatsApp.

We also collect basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and working well.

We use your information to review your request, communicate with you through your secure conversation thread, provide status updates, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (secure hosting, database, email delivery and messaging), with a lender or landlord where you have explicitly asked us to act on your behalf, or where required by law.

Applications and messages are stored in an access-controlled database. Row-level security rules mean each person can see only their own application and conversation; only authorised Ivy specialists can access files assigned to them. We retain application records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal and financial record-keeping requirements.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email ivycosignerservices@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
