Ivy reviews cosigning requests and personal loan enquiries and, where we can help, works with you through a secure conversation thread. Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either side until a written agreement is signed.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are submitting it for yourself or with the documented authority of the person concerned.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any private application link confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access.

Do not submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to access another person’s application, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Any fees are disclosed in writing before you commit to anything. Approval is never guaranteed; decisions depend on the review, the lender or landlord involved, and applicable law.

By applying, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp or through your secure thread about your application. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
